1,1,3-三氯丙酮是生产叶酸的重要中间体。目前主要采用丙酮直接氯化法生产1,1,3-三氯丙酮,该方法生产周期长(48小时),选择性差,收率低,反应产物中1,1,3-三氯丙酮含量仅为17%左右,经水提以后,其含量也只有51.9%。且生产成本高,产品纯度低。
丙酮经催化氯化,再通过溶剂结晶制得含量不低于99.0%的高纯度1,1,3-三氯丙酮结晶,其收率为45%。
