近年来,甲缩醛汽油作为清洁能源的代表日受关注,但亦有调查发现甲缩醛汽油会导致发动机出现抖动、加速无力等现象,它的出现,各方评论褒贬不一,对汽油中甲缩醛的检验势在必行。
采用微板流路控制(Deans Switch)中心切割技术,建立了分析汽油中甲缩醛含量的二维气相色谱法。仪器价格高昂,操作复杂,普通化验室很难配置。

Using microplate flow co ntrol (Deans Switch) heart-cutting technology, a two-dimensio nal gas chromatography method was established to analyze the co ntent of methylal in gasoline. The equipment is expensive and complicated to operate, making it difficult to co nfigure in ordinary laboratories.
Tengzhou Haohan Chromatography Instrument Technology Service Co., Ltd. is advancing with the times, guided by scientific development, under the leadership of Manager Wang Xiaoying, relying on three scientific research units: Xiangying Institute of Analytical Technology, Institute of Chromatography Engineering, and Analysis and Testing Center , Developed the "Innovative Development of a Capillary Column for Measuring Methylal in Gasoline", directly injected samples, and analyzed the co ntent of methylal in gasoline with a single column. The results were satisfactory and a domestic original. The experimental results show that the standard working curve shows a good linear relatio nship when the methylal co ntent (w) is in the range of 0.01% to 5.00%, and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 9, and the sample recovery rate is 97.83% to 104.11%, 6 The relative standard deviation of repeated determinations is less than 2.00%, and the detection limit of methylal is 0.003%(w). The method is accurate and reliable, and is suitable for the determination of methylal co ntent in motor gasoline. This method has the advantages of fast analysis speed, good repeatability and low analysis cost.
