甲缩醛是一种无色易挥发可燃液体,是现行的车用汽油标准中不得添加的有害物质。添加有甲缩醛的汽油会导致发动机里塑料或橡胶制成的密封件发生化学反应,破坏发动机的密封性。与正规汽油相比,甲缩醛燃烧值较低,发热量不够高,也会导致油耗增加。
采用微板流路控制(Deans Switch)中心切割技术,建立了分析汽油中甲缩醛含量的二维气相色谱法。仪器价格高昂,操作复杂,普通化验室很难配置。

Methylal is a colorless, volatile and flammable liquid, and it is a hazardous substance that must not be added to the current automotive gasoline standards. Gasoline added with methylal will cause a chemical reaction of the plastic or rubber seals in the engine, which will damage the engine's airtightness. Compared with regular gasoline, methylal has a lower combustion value and insufficient heat generation, which will also increase fuel consumption.
Using microplate flow co ntrol (Deans Switch) heart-cutting technology, a two-dimensio nal gas chromatography method was established to analyze the co ntent of methylal in gasoline. The equipment is expensive and complicated to operate, making it difficult to co nfigure in ordinary laboratories.
