This standard specifies the method for determining the release of volatile organic compounds (VOC) from small shoes to small release compartments by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.

Tengzhou Haohao Chromatography Instrument Technology Service Co., Ltd. is a rapid non-destructive testing method for the release of volatile organic compounds (VOC) from rubber shoes. Using a temperature-controlled whole shoe VOC volatilization device, the rubber shoes in the test chamber release VOC under the specified test conditions, and use a Tenax-TA adsorption tube to collect a certain volume of VOC-containing mixed gas, in which the VOC component is arrested. It is collected in a sorbent tube, desorbed by a thermal desorber, and then subjected to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for qualitative and quantitative determination. The standard curve of this method is linear, and the detection limit of each target volatile organic compound is 0.3μg per double. The method is stable and reliable.
