净煤气中痕量硫化物含量的测定毛细管柱 详细信息:
采用壳牌粉煤气化技术生产甲醇的煤化工企业,设计年产甲醇500 kt,2008年投产。粗煤气的净化采用鲁奇低温甲醇洗技术,要求净煤气中总硫(主要为硫化氢,几乎无羰基硫)含量低于0.1×10-6。传统硫化物分析方法有醋酸锌吸收法、硫化氢检测管法、气相色谱FPD。
硫化物的测定一般采用填充柱气相色谱法,柱效低,飞行时间长,费时费力,误差大,不利于工业大规模生产。

The coal chemical enterprise that produces methanol using Shell powder coal gasification technology is designed to produce 500 kt of methanol per year and put into production in 2008. The crude gas purification adopts Lurgi low-temperature methanol washing technology, and requires the total sulfur (mainly hydrogen sulfide, almost no carbo nyl sulfide) in the net gas to be less than 0.1×10-6. Traditio nal sulfide analysis methods include zinc acetate absorption method, hydrogen sulfide detection tube method, and gas chromatography FPD.
Sulfide is generally determined by packed column gas chromatography, which has low column efficiency, long flight time, time-co nsuming and laborious, and large error, which is not co nducive to industrial mass production.
Tengzhou Haohao Chromatography Instrument Technology Service Co., Ltd. developed a special capillary column to measure H2S, COS, SO2 and CS2 in gas. The column efficiency is high, the analysis time is short, and the results are satisfactory.
