本标准规定了采用气相色谱-质谱法定性和定量测定航空涡轮燃料中脂肪酸甲酯的试验方法。
本标准适用于测定航空涡轮燃料中来源于生物柴油的多种脂肪酸甲酯(见表1),总脂肪酸甲酯的含量测定范围为4.5 mg/kg~140 mg/kg。
注1: 航空涡轮燃料(以及受柴油或生物柴油污染的航空涡轮燃料)中可能含有一些相对分子质量较高的烃类组分,这些组分会掩盖微量脂肪酸甲酯的出峰。低碳数的脂肪酸甲酯,例如椰子油中得到的脂肪酸甲酯,会受到航空涡轮燃料中部分重组分的干扰,在含量较低时无法进行定量测定。

This standard specifies the test method for the legal and quantitative determination of fatty acid methyl esters in aviation turbine fuel by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
This standard is applicable to the determination of various fatty acid methyl esters derived from biodiesel in aviation turbine fuels (see Table 1). The co ntent of total fatty acid methyl esters is determined in the range of 4.5 mg/kg to 140 mg/kg.
Note 1: Aviation turbine fuels (and aviation turbine fuels co ntaminated with diesel or biodiesel) may co ntain some relatively high molecular weight hydrocarbon components, which may mask trace peaks of fatty acid methyl esters. Fatty acid methyl esters with a low carbon number, such as those obtained from coco nut oil, will be disturbed by some of the heavy compo nents in aviation turbine fuels and cannot be quantitatively determined at low levels.
