为配合执行GBZ/T 205—2007《密闭空间作业职业危害防护规范》,滕州市浩瀚色谱仪器技术服务有限公司，提出空气中氧气的气相色谱直接测定方法。采用5Å分子筛做为气相色谱固定相,完成空气中氧气与氮气的分离任务,使用TCD测定。结果显示,该方法空气中氧气的检出限为1.8%,进样量为1ml气体。方法重现性可以满足要求,相对标准偏差：5%含量为2.8%,10%含量为2.0%,30%含量为3.5%。样品在室温状态可以保存7 d。提示,本方法适用于工作场所空气中氧气含量检测工作。
