为准确测定烟用爆珠的水分含量,考察了样品量、操作条件对检测效果的影响,浩瀚·色谱·建立了烟用爆珠中水分含量的气相色谱-热导检测器(GC-TCD)检测方法。利用现有爆珠,对该方法的标曲制定、定量限、加标回收率、日内(间)精密度进行了考察。结果显示:(1)加高、中、低标的回收率在98.95%～104.48%之间;(2)方法定量限为0.0577mg/mL;(3)日内精密度3.47%,日间精密度4.05%。因此,利用GC-TCD能灵敏检测出低含量的水分,定量结果,适用于烟用爆珠中水分含量的测定。
