浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司取样品0.100 0g用5.0mL水超声溶解,并引入顶空进样仪中,在80℃下加热30min达到平衡。对溶液中甲醇经顶空提取后,以HH-FFAP毛细管色谱柱为固定相进行气相色谱分离。质谱分析中采用选择离子监测模式,外标法定量。甲醇的质量浓度在0.50～100mg·L（-1）内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限（3S/N）为0.002 5%。按标准加入法进行回收试验,测得回收率在90.0%～100%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差（n=6）均小于2.2%。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. took a sample of 0.100 0g, dissolved it ultrasonically with 5.0 mL of water, and introduced it into the headspace sampler, and heated it at 80°C for 30 minutes to reach equilibrium. After headspace extraction of methanol in the solution, the HH-FFAP capillary column was used as the stationary phase for gas chromatography. The mass spectrometry analysis adopts the selected ion monitoring mode and external standard method for quantification. The mass concentration of methanol has a linear relationship with its peak area within 0.50-100mg·L(-1), and the detection limit (3S/N) is 0.002 5%. The recovery test was carried out according to the standard addition method. The measured recovery rate was between 90.0% and 100%, and the relative standard deviation (n=6) of the measured value was less than 2.2%.
