浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司研发一种γ‑氧化铝微球改性的制备方法。以仲丁醇铝作铝源制备前驱体溶胶,过程简便快速,制备出的γ‑氧化铝微球纯度较高,了微球的均一性、球形度、表面光滑程度和强度;在同轴环管型微通道中利用连续相流动产生的剪切力得到单分散性高的分散相液滴,进一步的,在固化过程中,利用温度引发、pH内部引发和pH外部引发在微通道内实现分散相液滴的快速凝胶化和固化,了γ‑氧化铝微球的球形度和均一性,且表面光滑,内部孔结构可控;γ‑氧化铝微球直径为300~500μm,比表面积为290~400m。
