A standard curve was prepared for quantification with internal standard method, and glycerol was quickly separated. The linearity of glycerol in the range of 50~1000mg/kg was good, and the correlation coefficient was r2=0.9996. The recovery rate of glycerol is 94.8%~102.9%, and the relative standard deviation is 2.9%~5.3%. Co nclusion The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and can be used for the detection of glycerin in honey.
