本标准适用于以蔗糖为原料,用氯原子选择性取代三个羟基而制得的食品添加剂三氯蔗糖。
浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了顶空气相色谱法(HSGC)同时测定三氯蔗糖中甲醇、残留量的分析方法。用GDX-102玻璃柱,以保留时间定性,内标法定量,探讨了盐溶液、相比、平衡温度、平衡时间和振荡幅度等因素对测定结果的影响。结果表明,以100 g/L NaCl溶液为溶解液,取1mL溶液于20 mL顶空瓶中,平衡温度为80℃,平衡时间为15 min,振荡幅度低的条件下,该方法线性关系良好,线性方程的相关系数r在0.9999~1之间;方法精密度RSD(n=6)小于2.0%。三氯蔗糖样品的加标平均回收率均在95%以上。

This standard applies to the food additive sucralose prepared by using sucrose as a raw material and selectively substituting chlorine atoms for three hydroxyl groups.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a headspace gas chromatography (HSGC) method for simultaneous determination of methanol and residues in sucralose. Using GDX-102 glass column, with retention time qualitative and internal standard method for quantification, the influence of factors such as salt solution, comparison, equilibrium temperature, equilibrium time and oscillation amplitude on the measurement results were discussed. The results show that, taking 100 g/L NaCl solution as the dissolving solution, taking 1 mL of the solution in a 20 mL headspace bottle, the equilibrium temperature is 80°C, the equilibrium time is 15 min, and the oscillation amplitude is low, the method has a good linear relationship. The correlation coefficient r of the linear equation is between 0.9999~1; the method precision RSD (n=6) is less than 2.0%. The average recoveries of sucralose samples were all above 95%.
