Application: Determination of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene in statio nery gas chromatography
After the sample is prepared as a test sample, it is injected into the gas chromatograph. After the benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-xylene, m-xylene and p-xylene are completely separated from the coexisting substances in the capillary chromatographic column, they are detected by hydrogen flame ionization. Measured by the internal standard method and quantified.
Gas chromatography test conditions:
a) Chromatographic column: polydimethylsiloxane capillary column, 60m×0.25mm inner diameter×1.4μm film thickness;
b) Inlet temperature: 235℃;
c) Column temperature: keep the initial temperature at 50℃ for 1 min, then increase at 8℃/min to 150℃ for 2 min, then increase at 20℃/min to
250℃, keep for 5 min;
d) Detector temperature: 260℃;
e) Carrier gas flow rate: 2.0mL/min
f) Split ratio: split injection, the split ratio is adjustable.

气相色谱测试条件:
a)色谱柱:聚二甲基硅氧烷毛细管柱,60m×0.25mm 内径×1.4μm 膜厚;
b)进样口温度:235℃;
c)柱温:初始温度 50℃保持 1min,然后以 8℃/min 升 150℃保持 2min,再以 20℃/min 升温
250℃,保持 5 min;
d)检测器温度:260℃;
e)载气流速:2.0mL/min
f)分流比:分流进样,分流比可调。
