Tenax-TA 是基于2,6-二苯基呋喃(2,6-diphenylene oxide)的多孔型聚合物,用于提取气、液体和固体吹扫产生的挥发性和半挥发性物质,EPA与NIOSH已经将这种方式作为标准分析方法分析VOC组分,这种方法使用热解析或者吹扫捕集装置可以检测到ppb或者ppt级的挥发性有机物。由于其对于水的低亲和性,它更加适合用于从高水份中吹扫捕集易挥发性有机物甚水中易挥发性有机物的分析。
浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司采用热脱附-毛细管气相色谱法,探索Tenax-TA热脱附管对空气中正已烷和丙酮的吸附性能,通过测定加标回收率方法,确定的采样条件。结果显示用Tenax-TA热脱附管采样分析正已烷的采样条件为:采样流量在200 m L/min,穿透体积为6 L。用Tenax-TA热脱附管采样分析丙酮的采样条件为采样流量50 m L/min,采样体积0.5 L。

Tenax-TA is a porous polymer ba sed on 2,6-diphenylene oxide, used to extract volatile and semi-volatile substances generated by gas, liquid and solid purging, EPA and NIOSH This method has been used as a standard analysis method to analyze VOC components. This method uses thermal analysis or purge trap devices to detect ppb or ppt-level volatile organic compounds. Because of its low affinity for water, it is more suitable for purge and trap volatile organic compounds from high moisture and even analysis of volatile organic compounds in water.
