浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司研究了采用一种电子制冷预增浓法,结合FID定量技术,在线监测环境及厂界空气中的非甲烷总烃和甲烷.本研究基于美国EPA TO-12的实验室非甲烷总烃测定方法,对预增浓技术加以改进,采用电子制冷技术和吸附技术相结合,用电子制冷代替液氮制冷,用低温吸附增浓技术代替深度冷冻增浓技术.从而为在线分析创造条件研究获得的在线分析技术的大优点是把大气环境空气和厂界环境空气中的非甲烷总烃的检测下限降低到一个新水平,使仪器检测下限可以达到亞ppb级·,从而解决了环境空气中非甲烷总烃(TVOC)的低浓度定性定量在线测试问题.并可以同时分离分析甲烷.研究确定了在线分析仪器的性和实用性.对甲烷,非甲烷总烃进行了定性,定量的研究,给出了方法的标定线性,重现性,小检出限等数据,并对对环境空气和厂界空气进行了实测.结果表明,使用这种在线分析技术和仪器,分析实用性强,准确度高,分析检测极限可以达到亚ppb级.用于连续在线监测取得比较满意的结果.
