目前,工业氢气分析项目执行国家标准(GB/T3634.1—2006)。其中氧、氩和氮含量的测定采用的是气相色谱法,配备脱氧柱和切换柱两次进样,测定样品气中氩和氮的含量,用差减法计算出样品。此方法人为地两次手动进样,每次分析样品在六通阀的定量管中由于受温度压力不同给分析结果带来人为误差。

At present, the industrial hydrogen analysis project implements the national standard (GB/T3634.1-2006). The oxygen, argon and nitrogen content are determined by gas chromatography, equipped with a deoxygenation column and a switching column for two injections, and the content of argon and nitrogen in the sample gas is measured, and the sample is calculated by the subtraction method. This method manually injects samples twice, each time the sample is analyzed in the six-way valve loop due to the different temperature and pressure, which brings human error to the analysis result.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. has reformed the gas chromatograph and equipped with Haohan -Deoxidizer. One injection is not affected by the temperature and pressure of the injection before and after, and the entire analysis is completed.
