浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司针对固定污染源排气中氯乙烯和甲醇进行测定,建立采用针筒采样、手动进样、HH-VOCMaNOL专用柱分离、FID检测器进行检测的方法。分离的目标化合物峰形对称、分离度好,与其它干扰的化合物有较好的分离。氯乙烯和甲醇检出限为0.132 mg/m3和0.120 mg/m3,满足固定污染源排气监测要求,并在1~200 mg/m3范围内可以进行准确测定。对配制标气和用空气模拟的实际样品的测定,RSD均在5%以内。通过保存时间对浓度影响的研究,推荐采样24 h完成分析。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. determined the vinyl chloride and methanol in the exhaust gas of fixed pollution sources, and established a detection method using syringe sampling, manual sampling, HH-VOCMaNOL special column separation, and FID detector. The separated target compound has symmetrical peak shape, good resolution, and good separation from other interfering compounds. The detection limits of vinyl chloride and methanol are 0.132 mg/m3 and 0.120 mg/m3, which meet the requirements of fixed pollution source exhaust monitoring, and can be accurately measured in the range of 1~200 mg/m3. For the measurement of the prepared standard gas and the actual sample simulated with air, the RSD is within 5%. Through the study of the influence of storage time on the concentration, it is recommended to sample for 24 h to complete the analysis.
