在均三甲苯气液相催化空气氧化合成均苯三甲酸的反应及相关的工艺过程中,为了更好的控制产品质量和提高反应收率,建立一套完善的分析方法是很有必要的。在本实验中,尝试以色谱分析、质谱分析、红外光谱分析、原子吸收光谱分析及化学滴定为主要分析手段对反应组分进行分析,本文重点研究并建立了相关的分析方法。 对于气体分析,室温下使用双柱并联分离了O_2、N_2、CO_2,并采用气相色谱TCD进行定量分析。对于液体,采用以DMF为内标物,固定相为OV-101的15米毛细管柱,使用气相色谱FID成功的进行了均三甲苯和乙酸的定量分析。对于高极性、高沸点的固体产物均苯三甲酸,分别采用红外光谱、气质联用、气相色谱、酸值滴定等分析手段进行了表征:利用红外光谱、气质联用的方法进行产物的定性分析,并与在同一仪器、同一条件下做出的标准谱图进行比对;采用硫酸-甲醇酯化法和快速酯化法制备出均苯三甲酸三甲酯,对其进行气相色谱FID定量分析,进而确定固体产物中均苯三甲酸的纯度;用酸碱滴定法确定固体产物的酸值,以对固体产物中均苯三甲酸的纯度进行验证。 上述分析方法,操作简便,应用便捷,为工艺过程控制和优化提供了大量数据,成功应用于均三甲苯气液相催化空气氧化合成均苯三甲酸的反应及相关的工艺过程中。

In this experiment, try to analyze the reaction components with chromatography, mass spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy, atomic absorption spectroscopy and chemical titration as the main analysis methods. This article focuses on the research and establishes related analysis methods. For gas analysis, O_2, N_2, CO_2 were separated using double columns in parallel at room temperature, and gas chromatography TCD was used for quantitative analysis. For the liquid, a 15-meter capillary column with DMF as the internal standard and OV-101 as the stationary phase was used to successfully carry out the quantitative analysis of mesitylene and acetic acid using gas chromatography FID. For the high-polarity, high-boiling point solid product of trimellitic acid, it was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, GC-MS, gas chromatography, acid value titration and other analytical methods: infrared spectroscopy and GC-MS were used for product qualitative analysis. Analysis and comparison with standard spectra made under the same instrument and under the same conditions; Trimethyl trimellitate was prepared by sulfuric acid-methanol esterification method and fast esterification method, and it was quantified by gas chromatography FID Analysis to determine the purity of trimellitic acid in the solid product; acid-base titration was used to determine the acid value of the solid product to verify the purity of trimellitic acid in the solid product. The above analysis method is simple to operate and convenient to apply. It provides a lot of data for process control and optimization. It has been successfully applied to the reaction of mesitylene gas-liquid catalytic air oxidation to trimellitic acid and related processes.
