浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)测定空气中痕量二硫化碳的方法。方法色谱柱为2%OV-17/Chromosorb W 60-80目,采用多反应监测(MRM)扫描模式,研究其优化条件。结果二硫化碳在检测范围内其响应值与浓度有较好的线性关系,相关系数达到0.999 4以上。该方法的低检测浓度为0.02 mg/m~3,相对标准偏差为0.4%~2.1%,加标回收率为88.3%~104.5%。结论所建立的方法解决国标火焰光度检测(FPD)或质谱(MS)方法干扰严重、响应低、线性范围窄的问题,可用于空气中痕量二硫化碳快速定性和定量分析。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) method for the determination of trace carbon disulfide in the air. Methods The chromatographic column was 2%OV-17/Chromosorb W 60-80 mesh, and the multi-reaction mo nitoring (MRM) scanning mode was used to study its optimized conditions. Results The respo nse value of carbon disulfide has a good linear relatio nship with the co ncentration in the detection range, and the correlation coefficient is above 0.999 4. The minimum detection co ncentration of this method is 0.02 mg/m~3, the relative standard deviation is 0.4%~2.1%, and the recovery rate of standard addition is 88.3%~104.5%. Co nclusion The established method solves the problems of serious interference, low response, and narrow linear range of natio nal standard flame photometric detection (FPD) or mass spectrometry (MS) methods. It can be used for rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of trace carbon disulfide in the air.
