六氟化硫是一种无色无味、不可燃的人造惰性气体,具有良好的电气绝缘性能及优异的灭弧性能,被广泛应用于微电子技术、金属冶炼、航空航天、医疗、化工等领域。六氟化硫本身无毒,在电气设备中经电晕、火花及电弧放电作用会产生多种有毒、腐蚀性气体。六氟化硫的密度大约是空气的5倍,空气中六氟化硫含量过大会出现使人窒息的。
浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立工作场所空气中六氟化硫的气相色谱测定方法。方法用注射器直接采取工作场所空气中的六氟化硫,直接进气相色谱分析。以保留时间定性,外标法峰面积定量。结果六氟化硫的线性范围120~1800mg/m~3;1800~12160mg/m~3,检出限56mg/m~3。结论本法线性范围宽,完全可以测定工作场所空气中六氟化硫的,并具有良好的精密度与准确度。

Sulfur hexafluoride is a colorless, odorless, non-flammable, artificial inert gas. It has good electrical insulation properties and excellent arc extinguishing properties. It is widely used in microelectro nics technology, me tal smelting, aerospace, medical, chemical and other fields . Sulfur hexafluoride itself is non-toxic, and it will produce a variety of toxic and corrosive gases through corona, spark and arc discharge in electrical equipment [3]. The density of sulfur hexafluoride is a bout five times that of air. Excessive sulfur hexafluoride co ntent in the air can be suffocating.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a gas chromatographic method for the determination of sulfur hexafluoride in the air of workplaces. Methods Sulfur hexafluoride in the air of the workplace was directly taken with a syringe and analyzed by gas chromatography. Qualitative by retention time, and quantified by external standard method. Results The linear range of sulfur hexafluoride was 120~1800mg/m~3; 1800~12160mg/m~3, and the detection limit was 56mg/m~3. Co nclusion This method has a wide linear range, can be used to determine sulfur hexafluoride in the air of workplace, and has good precision and accuracy.
