丙烯醛是简单的不饱和醛,化学式为 C3H4O,易溶于水、乙醇、乙醚、石蜡烃 (正己烷、正辛烷、环戊烷)、甲苯、二甲苯、氯仿、甲醇、乙二醚、乙醛、丙酮、乙酸、丙烯酸和乙酸乙酯,为无色透明有恶臭的液体,是化学品生产中很重要的合成中间体。丙烯醛下游产品众多,但由于其毒害性较大,限制了其本身和下游产品的发展。目前,丙烯醛在饲料行业主要用于蛋氨酸生产,农药行业用于生产农药杀虫剂吡虫啉、啶虫咪等产品丙烯醛还用于生产杀菌剂戊二醛、高档树脂、香精香料等。
工业用丙烯醛的合成工艺路线中做过系统研究的主要是以下 3 条:
(1)甲醛乙醛气相缩合法:甲醛、乙醛在 320℃、催化剂存在下,气相缩合制备丙烯醛。该法 是工业上早生产丙烯醛的方法,但是存在反应原料转化率低以及产物分离难等缺点,已被淘汰。
(2)丙烯醇氧化法:丙烯醇催化氧化可生产丙烯醛。由于丙烯醇分子结构中含有双键和羟基 两种官能团,产物复杂,反应很难控制工业价值较低,现在没有在产装置。
(3)丙烯氧化法:丙烯、水蒸气、空气按一定配比混合为三元反应气体,在固定床反应器中,催化氧化生成丙烯醛及少量丙烯酸、乙醛等副产物,并释放出一定的热量。该法工艺成熟、选择性 好、收率高、原料充足易得。

Acrolein is the simplest unsaturated aldehyde. Its chemical formula is C3H4O. It is easily soluble in water, ethanol, ether, paraffinic hydrocarbons (n-hexane, n-octane, cyclopentane), toluene, xylene, chloroform, methanol, diethyl ether , Acetaldehyde, acetone, acetic acid, acrylic acid and ethyl acetate are colorless, transparent and foul-smelling liquids, which are very im portant synthetic intermediates in the production of chemicals. There are many downstream products of acrolein, but due to its greater toxicity, it limits the development of itself and downstream products. At present, acrolein is mainly used in the production of methio nine in the feed industry, and in the pesticide industry for the production of pesticide insecticides such as imidacloprid and acetamiprid. Acrolein is also used for the production of fungicides, glutaraldehyde, high-grade resins, flavors and fragrances.
In the synthetic process route of industrial acrolein, the following three main o nes have been systematically studied:
(1) Gas phase co ndensation of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde: formaldehyde and acetaldehyde are co ndensed in the gas phase to produce acrolein at 320°C in the presence of a catalyst. This method is the earliest industrial method to produce acrolein, but it has the disadvantages of low co nversion rate of reaction raw materials and difficult product separation, and has been eliminated.
(2) Allyl alcohol oxidation method: Allyl alcohol can be catalyzed and oxidized to produce acrolein. As the molecular structure of allyl alcohol co ntains two functio nal groups, double bo nds and hydroxyl groups, the product is complex, and the reaction is difficult to control. The industrial value is low. There is no production device now.
(3) Propylene oxidation method: Propylene, water vapor, and air are mixed into a ternary reaction gas in a certain ratio. In a fixed bed reactor, catalytic oxidation generates acrolein and a small amount of acrylic acid, acetaldehyde and other by-products, and releases a certain amount of The heat. This method has mature technology, good selectivity, high yield, and sufficient raw materials for easy availability.
