Using H-198 iron-ba sed catalyst, the actual operation of butadiene oxidative dehydrogenation to butadiene is carried out on a φ3.4m fluidized bed. The influence of factors such as raw material composition, reaction temperature, oxygen-to-olefin ratio, water-to-olefin ratio, butene space velocity and catalyst in the production process on the operation is discussed. The suitable operating co nditions are co nsidered as follows: the co ntent of isobutylene in the raw materials is ≤0.5% (mass), the reaction temperature is 375±8°C, the inlet pressure of the reactor is 0.039-0.059 MPa, the oxygen-to-ene ratio is 0.65-0.70 (mol ratio), and the water-to-ene ratio is 6- 10 (mol ratio), butene space velocity 185-200h~(-1). Under these conditions, the butadiene yield can reach 63.25%, and the selectivity can reach 87.8%.
