为了满足制药行业相关的标准和政策要求,必须要采取VOCs控制技术与措施。但对制药来说,VOCs的控制一直是重点和难点之一。制药行业污染物种类多、成分复杂,而且制药行业很多排放是不稳定不连续的,设备开停频率较高。此外部分制药企业恶臭扰民问题突出,为了满足周边百姓的“鼻子标准”,企业必须达到更高的排放要求,也必然要承担更多的社会责任。

对于无组织排放,其控制措施首先是源头替代、加强设备密闭密封、以及将无组织集气变为有组织。目前的不少企业已经开展此项工作,但在无组织废气收集方面往往存在问题,比如很多污水处理厂废气的收集系统设计并不合理,管道布置过于曲折,容易造成风压、风量不匹配不平衡,不仅存在泄露隐患,还容易造成过度稀释。因此,在集气系统设计以及材质选择上需要尤为注意。

对于有组织排放的处理技术,主要可分为有回收价值的高浓度废气和无回收价值的有机废气两大类。对于有回收价值的高浓度废气主要采取冷凝、吸附等技术进行回收,企业在这些技术的选择上主要考虑的是经济问题。对于无回收价值的有机废气主要采取蓄热式热力焚烧技术(RTO)、生物净化技术、低温等离子体技术、光催化技术(紫外光氧化)、借用其他热工设备焚烧、多种技术组合等进行处理,这几种技术都各有优缺点,需要综合技术的适用范围、控制要求、投资成本等多方面比较进行选取。

总的来说制药行业的VOCs废气治理的情况非常复杂,如何经济、合理地选取实用的处理技术还需要有针对性地开展“一厂一策”研究。
