浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司通过双Porapak Q色谱柱结合阀切换将SF6从待测样品中分离并排出检测系统,从而避免SF6可能造成的在线转化柱中毒现象,同时实现CO和CO2的完全分离;通过在线镍催化将CO和CO2的检测转化为对CH4的检测,极大地提高检测灵敏度。结果显示,该方法对CO和CO2的检测互不干扰,两者都可在2~500μL/L范围内呈现良好的线性相应,测定重复性好(RSD小于2%),准确度高。建立的GC-FID方法可直接用于SF6高压断路器中痕量CO及CO2的检测,为SF6相关电气设备潜伏性故障诊断提供了研究手段。

In order to accurately analyze the trace amounts of CO and CO2 in high-co ncentration SF6, a reliable gas chromatography-flame io nization detector (GC-FID) method has been developed.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. separates SF6 from the sample to be tested and discharges the detection system through dual Porapak Q chromatographic columns combined with valve switching, thereby avoiding the possibility of o nline co nversion column poiso ning caused by SF6, and simultaneously achieving CO and CO2 Complete separation; the detection of CO and CO2 is co nverted to the detection of CH4 through o nline nickel catalysis, which greatly improves the detection sensitivity. The results show that the method does not interfere with the detection of CO and CO2, and both can show a good linear respo nse in the range of 2~500μL/L, the measurement repeatability is good (RSD is less than 2%), and the accuracy is high. The established GC-FID method can be directly used for the detection of trace amounts of CO and CO2 in SF6 high-voltage circuit breakers, providing a research method for the diagnosis of latent faults in SF6 related electrical equipment.
