浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立了气相色谱法与磁力搅拌器、顶空相结合,测定底泥中CO_2的方法。取适量的底泥与磁力搅拌子放在100m L顶空瓶中密封。将顶空瓶放在集热式磁力搅拌器中,打开磁力搅拌系统,转动10min,停止,45℃平衡25min,抽取顶空气体1m L注入气相色谱仪配转化炉和FID检测器进行测定。基质加标回收率:99.71%,线性范围:0.06~8.0%,方法精密度:5.38%,方法检出限:0.08ug/kg。本方法简单、灵敏度高、线性范围宽,值得推广和实践。

Take an appropriate amount of sediment and a magnetic stirrer in a 100 mL headspace bottle and seal it. Put the headspace bottle in the collector magnetic stirrer, turn on the magnetic stirring system, rotate for 10min, stop, equilibrate at 45°C for 25min, extract 1 mL of headspace gas and inject it into a gas chromatograph equipped with a reformer and a FID detector for measurement. Matrix spiked recovery: 99.71%, linear range: 0.06-8.0%, method precision: 5.38%, method detection limit: 0.08ug/kg. This method is simple, has high sensitivity and wide linear range, and is worthy of promotion and practice.
