浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立了气相色谱法与磁力搅拌器、顶空相结合,测定底泥中CO_2的方法。取适量的底泥与磁力搅拌子放在100m L顶空瓶中密封。将顶空瓶放在集热式磁力搅拌器中,打开磁力搅拌系统,转动10min,停止,45℃平衡25min,抽取顶空气体1m L注入气相色谱仪配转化炉和FID检测器进行测定。基质加标回收率:99.71%,线性范围:0.06~8.0%,方法精密度:5.38%,方法检出限:0.08ug/kg。本方法简单、灵敏度高、线性范围宽,值得推广和实践。
