HJ 734-2014 固定污染源废气 挥发性有机物的测定 固相吸附-热脱附 气相色谱-质谱法

警告:挥发性有机物属易燃物质,其中部分属有毒物质,配制标准样品和保存时应注意安全。在有可能发生爆炸的环境采样时,要特别注意采样仪器和操作的安全性。

1 适用范围

本标准规定了固定污染源废气中24种挥发性有机物测定的固相吸附-热脱附/气相色谱-质谱法。

本标准适用于固定污染源废气中24种挥发性有机物的测定,24种挥发性有机物包括:丙酮、异丙醇、正己烷、乙酸乙酯、苯、六甲基二硅氧烷、3-戊酮、正庚烷、甲苯、环戊酮、乳酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯、乙苯、对/间二甲苯、2-庚酮、苯乙烯、邻二甲苯、苯甲醚、苯甲醛、1-癸烯、2-壬酮、1-十二烯。其他挥发性有机物经过验证后也可使用本方法。

当采样体积为300 ml时,本标准的方法检出限为0.001~0.01 mg/m3,测定下限为0.004~0.04 mg/m3。详见附录A。

Warning: Volatile organic compounds are flammable substances, some of which are toxic substances, and attention should be paid to safety when preparing standard samples and storing them. When sampling in potentially explosive environments, special attention should be paid to the safety of sampling equipment and operations.

1 Scope of application

This standard specifies the solid-phase adsorption-thermal desorption/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 24 volatile organic compounds in waste gas from stationary pollution sources.

This standard is applicable to the determination of 24 kinds of volatile organic compounds in waste gas from stationary pollution sources. The 24 kinds of volatile organic compounds include: acetone, isopropanol, n-hexane, ethyl acetate, benzene, hexamethyldisiloxane, 3-pentanone , n-heptane, toluene, cyclopentanone, ethyl lactate, butyl acetate, propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, ethylbenzene, p/m-xylene, 2-heptanone, styrene, o-xylene, benzyl Ether, benzaldehyde, 1-decene, 2-nonanone, 1-dodecene. Other volatile organic compounds can also use this method after verification.

When the sampling volume is 300 ml, the detection limit of the method of this standard is 0.001~0.01 mg/m3, and the lower limit of determination is 0.004~0.04 mg/m3. See Appendix A for details.
