非甲烷总烃(NMHC)通常是指除甲烷以外的所有可挥发的碳氢化合物(其中主要是C2-C8)的总称.一般环境空气中非甲烷总烃的含量不高,但随着近年工业的发展,大量废气排入环境空气中.大气中的非甲烷总烃超过一定浓度,除直接对人体健康有害外,在一定条件下经日光照射还能产生光化学烟雾,对环境和人类造成危害.
浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司用玻璃注射器(气袋)采集气体样品,以双柱单氢火焰离子化检测器的气相色谱仪直接进行测定。进样1.0 mL样品分别进入汽化室的总烃柱和甲烷柱中,由于这两个柱子填充材料和长短差异,总烃先在FID上产生响应,然后甲烷在FID上产生响应。总烃的浓度扣除甲烷浓度和除烃空气氧的浓度值,即可得到非甲烷总烃(NMHC)的浓度,可以实现单次进样,同时完成总烃、甲烷、非甲烷总烃浓度的测定。文章研究1.37~22.3 mg/m3浓度甲烷标准气,得出甲烷标准曲线方程为Y=715X+829,r=0.9990,相对标准偏差为0.26%~1.8%,总烃标准曲线方程Y=695X+724,相对标准偏差为0.35%~1.4%,除烃空气(O2-N2,20.8%)相对标准偏差为0.75%。该法用于环境空气和固定污染源有组织排放中NMHC含量分析,操作简单,实验结果满意。

Non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC) usually refer to the general term for all volatile hydrocarbons (mainly C2-C8) except methane. Generally, the co ntent of non-methane total hydrocarbons in ambient air is not high, but with the recent industrialization With the development of China, a large amount of waste gas is discharged into the ambient air. The non-methane total hydrocarbons in the atmosphere exceed a certain concentration, which is not o nly directly harmful to human health, but also can produce photochemical smog under certain co nditions by sunlight exposure, causing harm to the enviro nment and humans.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. used a glass syringe (air bag) to collect gas samples, and directly measured them with a gas chromatograph with a dual-column single-hydrogen flame io nization detector. 1.0 mL of sample was injected into the total hydrocarbon column and the methane column of the vaporization chamber, respectively. Due to the difference in the packing material and length of the two columns, the total hydrocarbon first respo nded on the FID, and then the methane respo nded on the FID. The co ncentration of total hydrocarbons can be obtained by deducting the co ncentration of methane and the co ncentration of oxygen in the dehydrocarbon air to obtain the co ncentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC). . In this paper, the standard gas of methane co ncentration of 1.37~22.3 mg/m3 was studied, and the methane standard curve equation was obtained as Y=715X+829, r=0.9990, the relative standard deviation was 0.26%~1.8%, and the total hydrocarbon standard curve equation was Y=695X+724 , the relative standard deviation is 0.35%~1.4%, and the relative standard deviation of hydrocarbon removal air (O2-N2, 20.8%) is 0.75%.
