Chromatography using GC-, equipped with HH-5 capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.5um) and hydrogen flame io nization detector (FID). The relative standard deviation of the micromo nomer determination results was 10%, and the detection limit was as low as 3×10-6. The method has the advantages of strong adaptability, accuracy and simplicity.
