浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立一种测定工作场所空气中环氧氯丙烷的新方法。方法:空气中的环氧氯丙烷用活性炭管采集,二硫化碳解吸后,经HH-FFAP柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器检测。结果:方法的低检测限为0.35μg/ml,低检测浓度为0.12 mg/m3(以采集3.0 L空气样品计),线性范围为1.6~80μg/ml,相对标准偏差为0.13%~0.38%,相关系数为0.9999。平均采样效率为94.8%,平均解吸效率为92.0%。结论:该方法简单、灵敏、准确,适用于工作场所空气中的环氧氯丙烷的测定。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a new method for the determination of epichlorohydrin in workplace air. Methods: Epichlorohydrin in air was collected by activated carbon tube, desorbed by carbon disulfide, separated by HH-FFAP column, and detected by hydrogen flame io nization detector. Results: The minimum detection limit of the method was 0.35μg/ml, the minimum detection co ncentration was 0.12 mg/m3 (ba sed on the collection of 3.0 L air sample), the linear range was 1.6~80μg/ml, the relative standard deviation was 0.13%~0.38%, The correlation coefficient is 0.9999. The average sampling efficiency was 94.8%, and the average desorption efficiency was 92.0%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and is suitable for the determination of epichlorohydrin in workplace air.
