浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立工作场所空气中环氧氯丙烷测定方法。方法按照《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》要求进行实验室检测,研究了色谱条件的选择、采样方法的选择、采样效率、穿透容量、解吸效率实验,样品的稳定性实验、方法的线性范围及检出限、方法的精密度等指标。结果采用HH-WAX弹性毛细管石英柱能将环氧氯丙烷和共存物分离。环氧氯丙烷浓度在0~118.0 mg/L呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.99994,方法的低检出浓度为0.17 mg/m3(采样3 L)。方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.2%~6.1%。平均解吸效率92.8%。样品在4℃冰箱中可保存5 d。结论方法的各种指标符合《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》要求,适用于工作场所空气中环氧氯丙烷的检测。
