GDX-102 口服液体药用聚酯瓶中乙醛测定填充柱

浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司改进现行口服药用聚酯瓶质量标准中乙醛测定方法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法对乙醛进行含量测定。结果:乙醛进样量在0.2~3.0μg范围内线性良好,r=0.995 4,平均回收率为103.2%,RSD=3.5%(n=9)。结论:修订后的方法简便、准确,能够更有效地控制口服药用聚酯瓶的质量。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has improved the current method for the determination of acetaldehyde in the quality standard of polyester bottles for oral use. Methods: The content of acetaldehyde was determined by headspace gas chromatography. RESULTS: The acetaldehyde injection amount was linear in the range of 0.2-3.0 μg, r=0.995 4, the average recovery was 103.2%, and the RSD=3.5% (n=9). Conclusion: The revised method is simple and accurate, and can more effectively control the quality of oral medicinal PET bottles.
