在生产双组份聚氨酯清漆时,因醋酸丁酯中水份与甲苯二异氰酸酯反应,不仅生成脲和缩二脲的支链,且消耗了异氰酸酯,使投料配比失常,支化增加,迅速地引起胶凝。同时,水份在甲组份(TDI与TMP的加成物)中使漆罐鼓胀,漆膜中产生小孔和针孔,故一定要严格控制醋酸丁酯中的水份,要求含量。

In the production of two-component polyurethane varnish, due to the reaction of water in butyl acetate with toluene diisocyanate, not only branched chains of urea and biuret are formed, but also isocyanates are consumed, resulting in abnormal feeding ratio, increased branching, and rapid cause gelation.
