浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司针对国内外利用气相色谱法测定非甲烷总烃的采样和预处理过程中采用不同加热条件的问题,分析加热条件对废气中非甲烷总烃测定结果的影响.结果表明:采样系统的加热管线在120～190℃时,非甲烷总烃的测定均值波动范围在±5％以内,在常温和120℃的采样条件下,非甲烷总烃测定结果相对偏差为6.4％;当废气中含有较多高沸点、水溶性组分时,进样前加热样品有助于样品的恢复;标准气体和实际样品在不同温度下进样,不会对测定结果造成显著影响.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. analyzes the influence of heating conditions on the determination results of non-methane total hydrocarbons in waste gas in view of the problem of using different heating conditions in the sampling and pretreatment process of gas chromatography for the determination of non-methane total hydrocarbons at home and abroad The results show that: when the heating pipeline of the sampling system is at 120-190℃, the mean fluctuation range of non-methane total hydrocarbons is within ±5%. 6.4%; when the waste gas contains many high-boiling and water-soluble components, heating the sample before injection is helpful for the recovery of the sample; the standard gas and the actual sample are injected at different temperatures, which will not significantly affect the measurement results .
