 非甲烷总烃是目前固定汚染源挥发性有机物监测的主要指标之一。为规范非甲烷总烃的监测，生态环境部已发布多项标准：《HJ1013-2018 固定污染源废气非甲烷总烃连续监测系统技术要求及检测方法》、《HJ1012-2018 环境空气和废气 总烃、甲烷和非甲烷总烃便携式监测仪技术要求及检测方法》等。  


 为落实《关于加强重点排污单位自动监控建设工作的通知》(环办环监〔2018〕25号)要求，规范污染源挥发性有机物自动监控设施安装、运行维护管理工作，生态环境部组织制定了《固定污染源废气中非甲烷总烃排放连续监测技术指南(试行)》，并与近日印发。  


 《技术指南》主要规范的是采用氢火焰离子化检测器(即FID)进行固定污染源废气中非甲烷总烃连续监测的系统，值得注意的是，若采用氢气钢瓶作为工作气源的，则应在监测站房内安装氢气报警器

 Non-methane total hydrocarbons are one of the main indicators for the monitoring of volatile organic compounds from stationary pollution sources. In order to standardize the monitoring of non-methane total hydrocarbons, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment has issued a number of standards: "HJ1013-2018 Technical Requirements and Detection Methods for Continuous Monitoring System of Non-methane Total Hydrocarbons in Exhaust Gas from Stationary Pollution Sources", "HJ1012-2018 Ambient Air and Waste Gas Total Hydrocarbons, Technical requirements and detection methods of portable monitors for methane and non-methane total hydrocarbons, etc. 


In order to implement the requirements of the "Notice on Strengthening the Construction of Automatic Monitoring and Control of Key Pollutant Discharging Units" (Huanban Environmental Monitoring [2018] No. 25) and standardize the installation, operation, maintenance and management of automatic monitoring facilities for volatile organic compounds in pollution sources, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment organized and formulated the " Technical Guidelines for Continuous Monitoring of Non-Methane Total Hydrocarbon Emissions in Exhaust Gas from Stationary Pollution Sources (Trial)" and issued recently.
