浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司通过比较不同提取溶剂对植物生长调节剂的提取效果,建立肥料中3种植物生长调节剂的气相色谱分析方法。
[方法]样品经丙酮超声提取,用HH-5毛细管气相色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测。
[结果]3种植物生长调节剂质量浓度在5~100 mg/L范围内与相应峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数r0.999,加标回收率为80.6%~97.1%,精密度(RSD)为0.92%~5.67%;称样量为0.5 g时,方法检出限为10 mg/kg。
[结论]该方法样品前处理简单、快捷,重复性及回收率均能达到检测分析要求,可以应用于肥料及药肥中植物生长调节剂的检测。

This docu ment describes a gas chromatographic method for the determination of the plant growth regulators diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, paclobutrazol in fertilizers.
This docu ment is applicable to the detection of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and paclobutrazol in fertilizers.
The detection limit of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and paclobutrazol in the determination of water-soluble fertilizer products by the method in this docu ment is 10 mg/kg, and the limit of quantification is 30 mg/kg. mg/kg with a limit of quantification of 7.5 mg/kg.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a gas chromatography analysis method for three plant growth regulators in fertilizers by comparing the extraction effects of different extraction solvents on plant growth regulators.
[Method] The samples were ultraso nically extracted with acetone, separated by HH-5 capillary gas chromatography column, and detected by FID detector.
[Result] The mass co ncentrations of the three plant growth regulators were linearly related to the correspo nding peak areas in the range of 5-100 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was r0. When the sample size was 0.5 g, the detection limit of the method was 10 mg/kg.
[Conclusion] The method is simple and fast for sample pretreatment, and the repeatability and recovery rate can meet the requirements of detection and analysis, and can be applied to the detection of plant growth regulators in fertilizers and medicinal fertilizers.
