氧气是一种重要的资源,在医疗、家庭保健、金属冶炼、污水处理及航天等诸多领域有广泛应用;空气中氧气大约占21%,利用变压吸附原理从空气中分离氧气是一种行之有效的方法,变压吸附空分制氧有着广泛的应用前景。 降低能耗和提高生产规模是变压吸附空分制氧过程中所面临的突出课题。为了解决这些问题,人们一直着重于高性能吸附剂的开发及变压吸附制氧工艺的改进。不过,变压吸附模型化计算在近几十年来越来越得到人们的重视。通过模型计算,可以了解不同吸附剂床层中温度和浓度的变化,以及这种变化对变压吸附的影响,从而可以进一步探讨制氧工艺对氧气纯度、回收率及产率的影响,达到工艺优化设计和降低能耗的目的。由于模型计算中存在很多假设条件,并不能完全真实地反应变压吸附制氧的过程,因此,模型化计算还需不断完善。 变压吸附制氧的微型化研究,根据线性推动力模型,确定了微型制氧机的两个关键参数:吸附时间及均压时间。除此之外,分析了温度、压力等对变压吸附的影响。并根据《医用分子筛制氧设备通用技术规范》要求,设计出了一台样机。当氧气流量1~3L/min时,氧气浓度达90±3%。这在市售制氧机中是比较高的指标。还设计了一款氧气浓度检测装置,用以检测制氧机产生的氧气浓度。

Due to the existence of many assumptions in the model calculation, the process of PSA oxygen production cannot be completely and truly reflected. Therefore, the model calculation needs to be continuously improved. In the miniaturization research of pressure swing adsorption oxygen production, two key parameters of the micro oxygen generator were determined according to the linear driving force model: adsorption time and pressure equalization time. In addition, the effects of temperature and pressure on PSA were analyzed. And according to the requirements of "General Technical Specification for Medical Molecular Sieve Oxygen Production Equipment", a prototype was designed. When the oxygen flow rate is 1~3L/min, the oxygen concentration reaches 90±3%. This is a relatively high indicator in commercially available oxygen generators. An oxygen concentration detection device is also designed to detect the oxygen concentration produced by the oxygen generator.
