杀虫双属于沙蚕毒素类,是一种广谱性杀虫剂。杀虫双广泛用于水稻、叶菜等作物上防治水稻螟虫、纵卷叶虫、稻苞虫、蓟马、叶蝉、稻飞虱、菜青虫、小菜蛾等,对人、畜属中等毒性。
浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司研发一种茶叶中杀虫双的检测方法,称取测试样品,加入盐酸溶液,超声处理,过滤,再用盐酸溶液洗涤残渣,溶液用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH8.5~9.0,加入硫化钠溶液,在70℃水浴中反应2.5h,取出冷却后,加入三氯甲烷萃取,分层,萃取重复两次,合并萃取液经无水硫酸钠干燥,旋干,用甲醇定容1.0mL,GC-MS定量分析,得到茶叶中杀虫双的含量。具有灵敏度高,稳定性好,操作简单等优点。

Insecticidal is a broad-spectrum insecticide. Insecticide is widely used in rice, leafy vegetables and other crops to co ntrol rice borers, leaf rollers, rice budworms, thrips, leafhoppers, rice planthoppers, cabbage caterpillars, diamo ndback moths, etc. It is moderately toxic to humans and animals .

Weigh the test sample, add hydrochloric acid solution, sonicate, filter, wash the residue with hydrochloric acid solution, and adjust the solution with sodium hydroxide solution pH to 8.5~9.0, add sodium sulfide solution, react in 70 ℃ water bath for 2.5h, take out and cool, add chloroform for extraction, separate layers, repeat the extraction twice, the combined extracts are dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, spin-dried , dilute to 1.0 mL with methanol, and quantitatively analyze by GC-MS to obtain the co ntent of ciprofloxacin in tea leaves. It has the advantages of high sensitivity, good stability and simple operation.
