近年来,煤化工项目火热,煤化工工艺中一氧化碳、氢气属下游合成工艺的原料气,为防止催化剂被氧化,需关注一氧化碳、氢气中的氧气含量。现有技术中主要采用便携式仪器分析法和气相色谱法对微量氧气、氩气等气体进行测定,虽然便携式仪器分析法测定速度快、便于携带和使用,但是只能应用于测定精度不高的场合,因氧气与氩气沸点非常接近,常规色谱分析无法将其分离,一般采用脱氧柱进行氧气吸附从而间接分析氩气,通过氧氩合峰与氩峰的差值确定氧气含量。气体进样器中的脱氧柱,吸氧饱和后需要高温老化,长期使用会脱氧柱吸附能力变差,且是否吸氧饱和无明显判断依据,因此会造成分析数据性差。
