浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司采用水热法合成了用于分离石脑油中正构烷烃的粉状5Å分子筛,经挤出成型,干燥,活化,得到条形5Å分子筛,其n-C06,n-C07,n-C08静态饱和吸附量分别为0.115,0.108,0.112 g/g.结果表明,在相同条件下,与参比球形5Å分子筛A(φ2.5~5.0)和B(φ4.0~6.0)相比,条形试样n-C06静态饱和吸附量比前两者分别高出10%以上和30%以上;n-C07和n-C08静态饱和吸附量均比参比分子筛A高出10%以上,且吸附速率明显快于参比分子筛.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. used hydrothermal method to synthesize powdery 5A molecular sieve for separating n-paraffins in naphtha. After extrusion molding, drying and activation, strip-shaped 5A molecular sieve was obtained. Its n-C06 , n-C07, n-C08 static saturated adsorption capacity were 0.115, 0.108, 0.112 g/g, respectively. The results showed that under the same conditions, compared with the reference spherical 5A molecular sieves A (φ2.5~5.0) and B (φ4. Compared with 0~6.0), the static saturated adsorption capacity of n-C06 in strip samples was more than 10% and 30% higher than the former two respectively; It is more than 10% higher, and the adsorption rate is significantly faster than that of the reference molecular sieve.
