浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司,采用便携式带镍转化炉的氢火焰离子化气相色谱仪测定聚合级丙烯中微量一氧化碳和二氧化碳。考察了气相色谱仪的操作参数对测定结果的影响,结果表明:Agilent 7890A气相色谱仪的较分析条件为:柱温为50℃、载气流速14.8 mL/min、进样量2mL、阀切换时间为1.8 min。在此条件下,标准气体中一氧化碳、二氧化碳的回收率为94%~101%,不同浓度的样品相对标准偏差为3.21%~5.68%,准确度和精密度均满足标准要求。

The influence of the operating parameters of the gas chromatograph on the determination results was investigated. The results showed that the better analysis conditions of the Agilent 7890A gas chromatograph were: column temperature of 50 ℃, carrier gas flow rate of 14.8 mL/min, sample volume of 2 mL, and valve switching time of 1.8 min. Under this condition, the recovery rate of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the standard gas is 94%~101%, and the relative standard deviation of samples with different concentrations is 3.21%~5.68%.
