浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司针对国内外利用气相色谱法测定非甲烷总烃的采样和预处理过程中采用不同加热条件的问题,分析加热条件对废气中非甲烷总烃测定结果的影响。结果表明:采样系统的加热管线在120~190℃时,非甲烷总烃的测定均值波动范围在±5%以内,在常温和120℃的采样条件下,非甲烷总烃测定结果相对偏差为6.4%;当废气中含有较多高沸点、水溶性组分时,进样前加热样品有助于样品的恢复;标准气体和实际样品在不同温度下进样,不会对测定结果造成显著影响。

In view of the different heating co nditions used in the sampling and pretreatment process for the determination of non methane total hydrocarbons by gas chromatography at home and abroad, Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. analyzed the influence of heating co nditions on the determination results of non methane total hydrocarbons in waste gas. The results show that when the heating pipeline of the sampling system is at 120 ~ 190 ℃, the fluctuation range of the measured mean value of NMHC is within ± 5%, and the relative deviation of the measured results of NMHC is 6.4% at room temperature and 120 ℃; When the waste gas co ntains more high boiling point and water-soluble components, heating the sample before injection will help to restore the sample; The injection of standard gas and actual sample at different temperatures will not significantly affect the determination results.
